David has been in banking for over 11 years.  He is a graduate of Georgia College & State University and the Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance.  He has helped hundreds of families achieve their goal of home ownership.  David has experience with all types of loans including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and Construction loans.

David is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and has received the organization’s Gold Award in 2003, 2005, & 2006.  The Gold Award is given to mortgage professionals for Excellence in Mortgage Banking.  He also serves as a volunteer with the local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Augusta West Rotary Club where he was named a Paul Harris Fellow in 2006.  David has been selected to participate in the 2007/2008 class of Leadership Augusta.  He and his wife and daughter are active members of Warren Baptist Church.
